The Truck Rest Area is a project specifically developed to contribute and strengthen Oman’s Internal supply chain Network by offering logistics and ground handling services to logistics operators that connect markets with major ports in the Sultanate of Oman and vice versa. Due to the rising logistics sector in Oman and Khazaen Economic City, in particular, this project shall serve the transportation industry in creating a platform that can accommodate logistics providers with all the necessary facilities. The truck rest area provides a wide range of services catered towards the trucking industry that would include Fuel and inland transportation, creating a destination that will serve truck inflow to the city and other major destinations
